Courtney DeBois
aspiring pastry chef & cake decorator

I am a Culinary Institute of America alumni, with my associates in baking and pastry '18 and my bachelors degree in food service & business management '19. During my time at CIA I was given many incredible opportunities to further my baking and pastry education, including my 4 month long internship at The Four Seasons Hualalai, located in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. Here I did production in the bakeshop as well as worked the dessert line at Ulu Ocean Grill. Additionally I spent two weeks touring France during my bachelors degree, where I was able to spend a day learning from the chocolatiers at Bellanger.

I am slowly trying to grow my business into something bigger! Almost anything you are looking for, I am more than happy to make! Cakes are where I believe I shine the best, but all desserts are desserts I love to create.
