 aspiring pastry chef & cake decorator


Hi! My name is Courtney! I am an aspiring pastry chef currently living in High Bridge, NJ. I've lived in High Bridge my whole life and have been creating cakes and desserts from home in order to build my business! Currently, I am a full time employee at Cocoluxe Fine Pastries in Peapack, NJ, but all my creations come from my kitchen at home.

I am a Culinary Institute of America alumni, with my associates in baking and pastry '18 and my bachelors degree in food service & business management '19. During my time at CIA I was given many incredible opportunities to further my baking and pastry education, including my 4 month long internship at The Four Seasons Hualalai, located in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. Here I did production in the bakeshop as well as worked the dessert line at Ulu Ocean Grill. Additionally I spent two weeks touring France during my bachelors degree, where I was able to spend a day learning from the chocolatiers at Bellanger. 

I am slowly trying to grow my home business into something bigger! Almost anything you are looking for, I am more than happy to make! Cakes are where I believe I shine the best, but all desserts are desserts I love to create.
